How you deal with people!!!

Luke 90:51-55 As the time approached for him to be taken up to heaven, Jesus resolutely set out for Jerusalem. And he sent messengers on ahead, who went into a Samaritan village to get things ready for him; but the people there did not welcome him, because he was heading for Jerusalem. When the disciples James and John saw this, they asked, "Lord, do you want us to call fire down from heaven to destroy them?" But Jesus turned and rebuked them,

Do you ever get this way with people. I can totally relate to James and John here. People doing things you do think are wrong, or even other Christians you think are being a bad example. Sometimes I think calling fire down from heaven would make my day a lot easier. But Christ rebuked them!!! Why because Christ didn't come to destroyy people he came down from heaven to seek and to save the lost. How often I need a reminder that Christ died for those people that get on my nerves, just like he died for me. Loving people is not easy, but calling fire down from heaven is not the answer!
